monday.com & Make.com Implementation Practice

Acquired a monday.com and make.com implementation practice from a strategic partner and integrated it into an existing portfolio company. Transaction included client relationships, active engagements, and the underlying partner channel.

Operator Retention, Seller-Financed

Retained the carved-out practice's lead operator under a long-term profit participation arrangement. No upfront cash consideration. Economics paid over time from practice earnings.

Stood up a new Cerri implementation practice inside an existing portfolio company. Includes go-to-market positioning, partner channel development, and initial team build.
