About
Most capital comes from people who have studied businesses. Ours comes from people who have run them. We have built teams, won clients, fixed broken delivery operations, and made payroll. That is the vantage point we bring to every company we acquire.
We are not looking at your business through a financial model. We are looking at it the way an operator does: where is the bottleneck, who are the right people, what is holding growth back. When we acquire a company, we get to work alongside it, not above it.
"Twiga" is the Swahili word for giraffe. The animal sees further than anything else on the savanna, not because it moves faster, but because it operates at a different altitude. That is the posture we bring to every investment: long horizons, calm judgment, and a vantage point most operators never get.
What We Do
Not integration theater. When we acquire, we show up with operational priorities already mapped. The first 90 days are for execution, not assessment.
Cutting headcount is easy. Building revenue while adding people is harder and worth doing. Our portfolio companies expand their teams as they grow, not despite it.
Client retention. Pipeline conversion. Delivery utilization. Team tenure. Not just EBITDA. If the underlying business is healthy, the returns follow.
Portfolio Activity
We focus on a small number of companies where we can have genuine operational impact. Every entry below represents an active position in our current portfolio.
